Information request

Cancellation and refund policy :

In the event of cancellation of one or more children taking part in the birthday package, no refund will be made if the minimum number required for the room or package is no longer reached.

If the minimum number is not exceeded, a refund may be made only in the form of a credit note, up to a maximum of two anniversaries credited to the Planet'Aire card.
